    提高抛丸机叶片的使用寿命

    现在一般抛丸机锻造公司采用白口铸铁来制造抛丸叶片。由于白口铸铁工艺性好且价格相对便宜，当然还需加入一些台金元素，主要的合金元素为铬，其成分高达30% ．在铸铁里除了加铬以外还得加入些其他元素．其量为5 ～6% ．随后作热处理，可获得马氏体与奥氏体组织。

    抛丸机机组使用寿命主要取决于主要是叶片寿命的高低，抛丸机和其叶片的结构、材质，丸粒的质量及其外形，，抛丸的速度、抛射角以及抛丸的回复情况，同时还与其合金的化学成分、溶铸工艺和出炉后的处理情况以及叶片本身热处理后的金相组织和机械机能有关。该组织中渗透了大量的能保证合金具有高硬度的碳化物，进步了零件在侵蚀性介质环境中的工作能力。
