    抛丸机金属工件的强化
    根据现代金属强度理论，增加金属内部的错位密度，是提高金属
    强度的主要方向。实践证明抛丸是增加金属位错结构的行之有效的工艺方法。这对一些金属不能通过相变硬化(如马氏体淬火等)或实现相变硬化的基础上而要求再进一步强化的工件而言，更具有十分重要的意义。航空、宇航工业、汽车、拖拉机等零部件要求轻质化，但可靠性要求越来越高，其重要工艺措施就是采用抛喷丸工艺提高构件的强度和疲劳强度。
