    喷砂机设备的选择
    1.一般而言，喷砂效果主要由零件材料及喷砂磨料决定。根据零件材料的不同，喷砂磨料范围可从效果强烈的金属磨料到效果柔和的树脂磨料，同时干喷砂与液体喷砂亦是重点考虑的因素。
    2.生产效率确定设备种类：
    根据加工能力选择自动化喷砂生产线、半自动化喷砂设备、压入式喷砂机、吸入式喷砂机。
    3.工件尺寸确定设备规格：
    根据工件尺寸选择机舱大小，以便有足够的空间完成处理工作。
    4.压缩空气要求：
    根据设备规格确定空压机容量，并留20%余量，以保护空压机使用寿命。
