    干式喷砂机及其除尘特点
    与其他的砂处理设备不一样，喷砂机是一种能使用磨料借助压缩空气动力，喷射到工件表面的一种砂处理设备。根据喷砂机的特点，喷砂机适用于清理锻铸件、冲压件及机械加工件的粗糙表面、用于喷涂、电镀前的预处理工序、强化光饰零件表面，喷砂机特别适合于中、小零件单件小批量生产。
    　　喷砂机的特点是设有进气压力、喷砂压力显示，并装有减压阀，可以根据需要调节喷砂压力。在压缩空气进口装有过滤器，以滤去压缩空气中的水分。
    　　喷砂机配备自动分离和自动除尘系统，使用过的砂料被负压从机器的底部输送到旋风分离器中进行分离，将喷砂过程中产生的粉尘、锈质、氧化皮等杂质从好的砂料中分离出来。喷砂机的特点能使喷砂机继续使用的砂料储存在分离器下部的料斗中并被循环使用，大的氧化皮等杂质被分离器下部的隔网拦住，灰尘部分被输送到喷砂机除尘箱中进行处理，灰尘被收集而干净的空气被排放到大气中。
