    喷砂房的工作特点
    喷砂房的特点是设有进气压力、喷砂压力显示，并装有减压阀，可以根据需要调节喷砂压力。在压缩空气进口装有过滤器，以滤去压缩空气中的水分。
    　　喷砂房配备自动分离和自动除尘系统，使用过的砂料被负压从机器的底部输送到旋风分离器中进行分离，将喷砂过程中产生的粉尘、锈质、氧化皮等杂质从好的砂料中分离出来。喷砂房的特点能使喷砂机继续使用的砂料储存在分离器下部的料斗中并被循环使用，大的氧化皮等杂质被分离器下部的隔网拦住，灰尘部分被输送到喷砂机除尘箱中进行处理，灰尘被收集而干净的空气被排放到大气中。
