    吊钩式抛丸机该设备适用于大批量多品种的铸件及铆焊件的表面清理或强化，能有效地去除工件表面的粘砂，锈斑及氧化皮，并提高工件的机械性能和表面的抗腐蚀能力。
    它具有以下优点：
    1、可实现长时间的使用，达到地面无丸的理想状态。室体顶部吊钩通过处设有金属密封装置，彻底杜绝钢丸飞射现象，技术可靠。彻底解决了清理机橡胶板加毛刷寿命短、检修难的问题，是清理行业的重大突破。
    2、采用大抛丸量、高抛射速度，国际上第四代悬臂离心式高效抛丸器，能显著地提高清理效率，缩短时间，提高生产效率，获得满意的清理质量。
    3、抛射原理图、抛丸室室体及总图采用计算机辅助设计（CAD）绘制，抛丸器的布置均采用计算机模拟使得效果更为合理。经设计计算提高了弹丸利用率，保证了清理效果，减小了对室体护板的磨损。
    4、工件在室体内可以按预设的时间实现正、反旋转自动化。
    5、生产效率高达5-12min/钩。
    6、除尘器采用高效旋风体除尘。
