    抛丸机的抛丸
        抛丸是全线最重要的部分，它是利用高速旋转的叶轮将钢丸抛向钢铁表面来达到除锈目的。抛丸机的主体是抛丸器，卡车厂的2条抛丸线各有8台抛丸器；抛丸机带有能将丸粒进行自动分选净化的丸粒输送装置和除尘装置。抛丸工艺的管理应着重如下几个方面。
