    滚筒式抛丸机常见故障及处理办法如下：
    问题一：抛丸机钢丸量不够
    表现：清理时间长，效果差，效率低，对护板损坏严重。
    处理办法：加适量钢丸（用钳形电流表量抛丸电机电流达到额定电流即可）。
    问题二：抛丸机抛丸闸度不对（定向套窗口位置不对）。
    表现：清理时间长，效果差，效率低，对护板损坏严重。
    处理办法：调整定向套、窗口位置，让其抛射在门盖下方，约抛在门盖的三分之一左右，（可用木板或纸壳试抛）。
    问题三：抛丸机滚筒不转
    表现：筒体不转，托轮仍在运转，托轮磨损非常严重，筒体道轨磨出凹陷。
    处理办法：检查工件装入量，不可超出要求重量。检查构架内是否有异物或工件将滚筒卡住。
    问题四：抛丸机滚筒跑偏
    表现：道轨与托轮内圈凸起有啃咬、道轨损坏。
    处理办法：调整托轮轴承座顶螺丝，使滚筒在正常状态下运转。
    问题五：抛丸机除尘效果差
    表现：设备有灰尘外泄。
    处理办法：检查除尘器下部泄尘盖是否关毕，检查风轮是否已磨损严重。
