    1、工作前检查员工之间的交接记录。
    2、检查是否有杂物落入机内，及时清除以防堵塞各输送环节造成设备故障。
    3、运转前要每班进行二次检查护板、叶片、叶轮、橡胶帘、定向套、辊子等易损件磨损情况，及时更换。
    4、检查各电器运动部件的配合，螺栓连接是否松动，及时拧紧。
    5、抛丸机设备注油点定期检查各部位加注油是否符合规定。
    6、对抛丸机的室体护板每天进行检查，有损坏应立即更换。
    7、操作工对清理效果应随时检查，如有异样应立即停机，并对设备进行整体检查。
    8、操作人员开机前必须检查控制柜（面板）各类开关是否在所需设定位置（包括各电源开关）然后才能开机，以免误动作，损坏电气及机械设备，造成设备损坏。
    9、密封件必须每天检查，如被损坏立即更换。
    10、经常检查钢材清理质量，必要时可调整弹丸抛射角度和辊道输送速度 ，更要正确的按照操作规程操作。
