    辊道式钢筋抛丸机是根据用户要求而设计制作的一种新型专用设备，是一种清理钢筋的抛丸清理设备。它能对原始状态的钢材表面施以强力抛丸，除掉其上的锈层、焊渣及氧化皮，使之获得均匀一致的金属光泽，以提高钢材的涂饰质量与防腐效果。
    本机主要用于建筑与桥梁制造业。为保证对清理工件的严格要求，我们在本机方案和设计中采用下述关键技术及保证措施：抛丸器的布置采用计算机仿真设计，多角度、全方位抛打工件，使弹丸覆盖率均匀一致
    室体内O形辊道采用高铬钼特铁防护套经过加工后热处理而成，有效的延长了使用寿命，降低了维修率。两端轴承采用迷宫式防护，杜绝了灰尘及破碎弹丸的侵入，提高了轴承的使用寿命。
