    翰昌钢材预处理线的特点

    1.上下两抛丸器一一对应，抵消了弹丸对钢板的冲击力，防止薄钢板变形。

    2.抛丸室钢板进出口做了特殊设计，以防止弹丸飞出室体外。

    3.清理装置增加了侧刷清扫系统，完全扫除钢板上部的弹丸。

    4.丸料循环系统采用了双排料斗提升机、溢流感应式丸砂分离器。

    5.对于宽钢板，采用四支喷枪，上下各两把，同时喷漆。
