    抛丸机的使用技巧

    1、 在抛丸清理过程中应尽量在抛射区内多放工件，这样既可提高清理效率又可降低护板的磨损，增长其使用寿命。
    2、 在工件无法增加的情况下，应调整定向套，使抛射的钢丸尽最多量的抛射在工件上，这样也可增加护板寿命，降低其磨损。
    3、 ①除尘系统应调整支管各处闸门，使其风力分配合理，可增强除尘效果。②除尘器应保证定期清灰。
