    抛丸机常见故障的解决方法

    1、 如果抛丸机出现清理时间长，效果差，效率低，对护板损坏严重就显示钢丸量不够。

    故障处理办法：增加适量钢丸。


    2、 如果清理时间长，效果差，效率低，对护板损坏严重。也可能是抛丸闸度不对 。

    故障处理办法：调整定向套、窗口位置，让其抛射在门盖下方，约抛在门盖的三分之一左右。


    3、如果抛丸机出现筒体不转，托轮仍在运转，托轮磨损非常严重，筒体道轨磨出凹陷。

    故障处理办法：检查工件装入量，不可超出要求重量。检查构架内是否有异物或工件将滚筒卡住。


    4、如果抛丸机设备有灰尘外泄。

    故障处理办法：检查除尘器下部泄尘盖是否关毕，检查风轮是否已磨损严重。
