    抛丸机技术的应用
    一套抛丸设备都有一个或多个抛头和其他辅助机构组成，抛头的布置形式取决于工件的形状，使得工件的所有部位都在磨料的打击范围之内。一般说来，每个抛头抛出的磨料流呈扇形，有效面积大致是900mm长、75~100mm宽。所需抛头的数量取决于工件的大小、形状和复杂程度。抛丸清理的效率和清洁度高低除了受制于抛头的数量和大小以及磨料的种类和质量外，还与工件材质的特性和其他一些因素有关。
    每套抛丸设备都要求磨料发散流有一定的长度和宽度，使得工件的所有表面都能暴露在磨料的打击范围之内。磨料发散不当就会撞击抛丸室本体或工件输送装置，降低磨料的清理效率，造成设备的非正常损坏，增加维修成本。另外，被清理工件的各个部位都应该受到一定量磨料的覆盖，否则，工件表面的有些部位就会出现清理不彻底或磨料撞击过渡现象。
