    吊钩式抛丸机检查流程

    吊钩抛丸机是靠高速弹丸冲击工件表面进行作业的强力磨损的设备，高速弹丸一旦飞出有可能伤人或打坏附近的建筑玻璃。因此，要确保安全生产，建立经常检查和保养制度是非常重要的。
    （1）经常检查室体地脚螺母，若松动应及时紧固。
    （2）经常检查提升机皮带是否过松或跑偏，发现异常应及时调整并紧固。
    （3）经常检查抛丸器叶片、分丸轮、定向套的磨损情况，当叶片的厚度均匀磨损2/3，分丸轮窗口宽度平均磨损1/2，定向套窗口磨损宽度增加15mm时，均应更换。
    （4）经常检查螺旋输送器，当叶片直径磨损20mm，应更换。
    （5）经常检查并清理丸砂分离器筛上的杂物，当发现筛网磨损时应及时更换。
    （6）经常按照润滑制度清加或更换润滑剂。
    （7）经常检查清理室内护板磨损情况，如发现耐磨猛板胶板被磨损或破裂，应及时更换。
    （8）经常打扫设备周围散落的弹丸，以免操作人员滑倒受伤。
