1.Use：
Used to Casting foundry production line for cool recycling heat  sand.

2. Characteristic：
This machine by the fixed upper cover and vibration bed, flexible connection between the two part and to ensure sealing, thereby greatly reducing the weight of the material to vibration. On the upper cover side has feeding hole, feed chute to make use of multi-activity feed width adjustable side baffles, to ensure that the feed direction along the width of the uniform; on the top upper cover of the other side with air suction hole, and connected with the dust-removing system; the middle top with the maintenance gate; vibrating bed is equipped with two vibration motors on both sides. Boiling bed is a specially designed scale holes board made of the stainless steel plate, to require uniform into the wind but can not easily be blocked by sand.  Bellows under the bed,  to blast by the end of the vibration bed; Discharge opening at the other end of the vibration bed, Inside the vibration boiling cooling bed also set the temperature probe, material level probe, fine water spray nozzles.
