Introduction

Our company designs and manufacture the steel pretreatment line according to the uesrs’ requirements as well as the specific dimension of the steel plate。

QXY steel plate pretreatment line is a processing which blasts and cleans the surface of the steels materials before any treatment (raw materials) and then coats them with a layer of protective primer. It improves the corrosion resistance of the mechanical products as well as metal components; it also improves the fatigue resistance of the steel plates and extends its service life. Meanwhile, it can optimize the state of the steel surface and is to the benefit of a NC cutter in the cutting and precision blanking. Besides, thanks to the regular shape of the steel material before processing, it is conductive to the mechanical rust removal as well as automatic painting. Therefore, the adoption of pretreatment line will greatly improve the efficiency of the clean-up work and reduce the labor intensity as well as the environmental pollution
