Electronic control system

Characteristics:

The electrical control of the whole reclaimed sand production line ( from the shakeout machine to the sand bucket above the sand mixer) adopted PLC centralized control and analog-screen display. 

The regeneration and shakeout system equipment are able to achieve the full range of linkage and also to achieve part of linkage and stand-alone action. The shakeout machine set button station separately to ensure safety production. When it doesn’t need the sand temperature regulator to work, the other devices of the production line can still work normally.  The operation consists of two types- manual and automatic.

The entire circuit achieves high reliability and maintainability. The control process is accurate, concise, and minimizes unnecessary chain. The startup of the entire system brings small impact to the workshop power.

We’ll provide PLC T-shaped diagram (after completion), programming manuals and also a full set of electrical completion diagram for maintenance use. The electrical equipment in the trenches grounded well. Make sure the electrical equipment is standardized, easy to replace and easy to purchase.
